Adriana Raines is an Afro Latina Social Impact Consultant and Coach, dedicated to creating inclusive workspaces that embrace diversity and empower individuals from all backgrounds. With a Masters in Education and a proud alumna of YW LeadBoston and the Institute for Nonprofit Practice, Adriana brings a unique blend of academic knowledge and practical experience to her work. As an accomplished nonprofit executive, Adriana has a deep understanding of the challenges and opportunities organizations face in their DEI efforts. As a Licensed Social Worker, Adriana brings a compassionate and empathetic approach to her consulting and coaching practice.
